Detective Comics Pastiche

My reinterpretation of this comic book cover illustrates Batman’s earliest and most iconic comic book covers into a surreal, food-centered satire. The original cover, drawn by Bob Kane, was inspired by a pulp horror comic and gothic romance, featuring a looming Batman in a Dracula-like cape, a spooky castle, and a character running away, all placed against high contrast shadows and a moody blue. This cover helped in establishing Batman as a mysterious and supernatural figure.
